Carol has had Rheumatoid Arthritis since the age of 9 and Osteoarthritis since the age of 59 and has been involved in various organisations relating to disability either as a volunteer or as part of her work role since a teenager.
Carol studied for an Honours Degree in Psychology with the Open University whist working full time having already completed an HNC in Business Studies at her local college.
Having had a variety of roles in the public, third-sector and commercial sectors Carol has lots of connections across the Highlands.
Her business area covers approx. 41,000 Km2 which is the same size as Switzerland and double the size of Wales, so no wonder Carol is on the road a lot (thanks to the DWP Access to Work scheme).
