We are proud to share some exciting news from the recent 2025 Driving Mobility Conference & Awards, held in the beautiful Royal Leamington Spa. DriveAbility Scotland was honoured with a Highly Commended Award for Outstanding Customer Service – a recognition that reflects our unwavering commitment to putting people first and driving innovation in mobility support.
This achievement highlights the dedication of our entire team, with special recognition going to the education partnership between Anu Varshney and Kirsty Flint of the Oxford Brookes Education Team.
Anu has led the development of a tailored education pathway that not only supports staff training and professional growth but is also gaining attention on an international scale.
Kirsty plays a vital role in ensuring each module is delivered with precision and effectiveness, helping to raise standards and consistency across the service.
And of course, none of this would be possible without the whole dream team, including DriveAbility Scotland CEO Andrew Swain, Sarah Wright, Gary Jones, Paula George, Kirsty & Anu – your commitment is helping transform lives every single day.
While awards are a welcome recognition, for us this moment represents something much bigger than a certificate or trophy. It reaffirms our purpose: to empower individuals by breaking down barriers to independence and ensuring that mobility support is inclusive, professional, and truly life-changing.
At DriveAbility Scotland, we will continue to build on this momentum, developing services that put people at the centre and deliver real, lasting impact.
