DriveAbility Scotland – Your journey to personal independence

DriveAbility Scotland is a national provider of driving and mobility assessments in Scotland, operating as one of 20 accredited centres within the national Driving Mobility network.

We exist to remove barriers that prevent disabled people and those with medical conditions from achieving independent mobility. Our work focuses on ensuring that everyone can access safe, comfortable, and confident driving and travel options that meet their needs.

Based in Glasgow, with outreach services in Aberdeen and Inverness, we enable people across Scotland to maintain or regain independence and confidence on the road.

Our Mission

Our mission is to enable disabled people and those with medical conditions to achieve or maintain independent mobility through safe, accessible driving and travel solutions.

We do this by delivering professional assessments, vehicle adaptation advice, specialist driving tuition and personalised recommendations that promote equality, confidence, and autonomy.
